This Fall, the JWI Denver Team was proud to partner with V-1 Consulting for the Smile Generation Plane Pull presented by United Airlines to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Colorado, while the JWI Chicagoland Team supported the efforts of Special Olympics Illinois at the Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Plane Pull.
In the spirit of teamwork and dedication to positively impacting the community, the Denver team was one of 25, and the Chicago team was one of over 106, who raised funds to support local Special Olympics programs.
Special Olympics Colorado provides 21 different sports year-round, health screenings, leadership and wellness programs benefitting 21,000 youth and adult athletes with intellectual disabilities as they build self-confidence, healthy habits, and social skills.
This year, the Chicago-based Plane Pull has raised $243.8K. Thank you to all the volunteers whose efforts made this event possible!
